I grew up in Vancouver and my background in sales, staging, and home organization is what drew me to this industry. I feel fortunate to have found a career that combines all of my passions together, from buying furniture and setting up properties, staging homes and managing several properties for my clients at once.

I love creating wonderful experiences for travelers while my clients relax and enjoy the experience of earning money on their investment and having their property lovingly cared for.

I was born and raised on Vancouver Island and it is one of my favourite places in the entire world. I moved to Cumberland in 2018 and am obsessed with this little village and all that it has to offer. I love traveling, and connecting with people from all over the world, and it is so rewarding to have a career that encompasses all of my passions. I also work as a Registered Nurse at Comox Valley Hospital, but when I am not there you can usually find me hiking in the Cumberland forest with my rescue dog Chino, racing dirt bikes, mountain biking, or inhaling tacos at my favourite local restaurant, Biblio.

I recognize the importance of building strong and trusting relationships with clients to allow them a seamless and stress-free experience while their investment properties flourish. I am attentive to detail and like to work collaboratively to ensure they are happy every step of the way.

For visitors, my goal is for them to enjoy the true meaning of “island life” and dedicate myself to providing guests with an unparalleled experience in this beautiful place we call home. I grew up in Vancouver but have been living in Comox for the past 20 years. I’ve been managing my own Registered Massage Therapy practice for 25 years and while I love helping people with their physical body, I also have a passion for research, travel, adventure, and making those dreams come true for others.

I know this area so well and all that it has to offer - from the mountains to the ocean and the rivers in between.  I am so excited to help implement and design your ultimate vacation property.

The Comox Valley is a unique place with so many amazing things to offer and I look forward to helping more people discover my home. I love to research and plan trips, organize, create beautiful spaces, and help people find what they are looking for. As a vacation rental manager, I endeavor to create a beautiful vacation experience for travelers, while offering a complete, stress-free, and hands-on experience for clients who want to be in the business of travel accommodation.

My name is Julia and I was born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island, and have lived in many places from Victoria to Qualicum.

I completed post secondary school in Victoria, and quickly moved back to Parksville with my fur baby Momo. All of my favourite hobbies are on the island and right in my backyard. Dirt biking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking are just some of my favourites. Vancouver Island is one of the most beautiful places I have ever experienced. From the mountains, lakes, cities and the ocean. From summer sports to winter sports, Vancouver Island has so much diversity and beauty that is just waiting to be explored. This place has so much to offer. It has shaped me into who I am today. 

Guest and client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. I want to help everyone experience and explore this gorgeous place that I get to call home. I can help guests discover new places, and experience new memories.
